❤️ February is Heart Health Month, and we’re bringing heart care straight to our communities!

📍 Towner residents can join us February 10 from 1:30 to 3:30 PM at the McHenry County Courthouse for free blood pressure checks and wellness information. This event is free and open to the public!

First District county staff will also be popping up at basketball games and community locations throughout the region, including McClusky, Mohall, McLean County, Bottineau, and Powers Lake, with heart health booths offering:

✔️ Wellness information
✔️ Quick, easy ways to take charge of your health

These heart health events start Wednesday, so don’t miss your chance to check in on your health!
