This strategic leadership transition ensures continued excellence across our healthcare brands and reflects our commitment to long-term stability and growth.

Jill’s promotion is part of a planned succession following the announcement that Angie Hilleshiem—founder of All Care and President of CaringEdge and OneSource—will officially retire on January 1, 2026, after nearly 40 years of dedicated service in healthcare. To support a smooth handoff and ongoing innovation, Angie will step into a new role as Executive Vice President of Value-Based Care Strategies at Edgewood beginning July 1, 2025, while continuing to serve on the Board and as an investor.
