My Story
If you are wondering how I became a massage therapist, I always knew I wanted to "help" this world but didn't know how or in what way and I literally woke up one day and just had to become a massage therapist... that's exactly what I did and the rest is history. I really love what I do and I enjoy helping people feel better.
If you count my time in massage school, I've been massaging and helping people since 2009. - I graduated in 2010 with an Associates in Applied Science through Williston State College, became licensed in the State of North Dakota in 2011 and I eventually went back to school and graduated with a Bachelors in Science through Minot State University in 2015 where I focused my studies on the human body through concentrated classes which included subjects like Kinesiology and sports medicine. In between college classes and working as a massage therapist I also became certified in many different modalities that I use in my trade today. I have quite a bit of clinical experience working side by side with chiropractors from 2011 till 2017 then I moved out on my own. My views and philosophies how I "see" the body have changed immensely over the years going from being very clinical to holistic and having a greater picture and belief that everything has a time and place. Nowadays I very firmly believe in order to help someone you need to be able to see a person for what they are physically, emotionally and spiritually , it is all very much connected and makes a difference on how we hold ourselves and heal and how we help each other.
