Our mission has always been to provide the very best care for the communities we serve. After careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue primary care, lab, and radiology services in Minot, with the final day of care on November 21, 2025.

Patients will continue to have strong local primary care options, and our team is personally helping them transition their care and medical records to ensure there’s no disruption. We’re also supporting our staff and providers by identifying opportunities within CHI St. Alexius in Bismarck and Garrison. We are deeply grateful for our dedicated team and their commitment to the Minot community.

When a patient had some areas of concern and it was imperative that Jennifer's nominator get a mammogram done, and they were grateful to have Jennifer as the tech. Not only was she incredibly kind and caring, but she also helped calm down her patient and put their nerves at ease during a test that can be stressful. "I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a mammography!"
