This page is new, but Dashing Through the Snow is a well-established 5K and fun run in the Minot area!

Dashing Through the Snow is part of Dakota Hope Clinic's Festival of Trees!

Here's what we have to offer:
➡️ A timed 5K run
➡️ A 1-mile fun run featuring Christmas-themed “minute-to-win-it” games along the route — great for families or friend groups
➡️ Funds raised support a great cause — Dakota Hope Clinic 🌻
➡️ Festive fun— many participants come dressed in their favorite Christmas gear!

Got space? 📦

We're looking for a place to store our auction items from September-November.

Our ideal space would be approximately 100 sq. feet, and would not need to have shelves, but would have enough space for us to bring shelving units into it. The area must be heated!

Get to know our Festival of Trees Marketing Director...Cali! 👋🏽

🌲 How long have you been a part of Festival of Trees?
I took photos for Festival of Trees in 2021, and I've been on the marketing team ever since.

🌲 What do you love about Festival of Trees?
I believe whole-heartedly in the mission of Dakota Hope Clinic, and I love everything about the Christmas season. Festival of Trees is such a special event to me, because it supports Dakota Hope, promotes the true meaning of Christmas, and provides a fun Christmas event for families in our community.

🌲 What are the most important things in your life?
My faith in Jesus is the most important part of my life, and right behind that is my beautiful family. My husband, David, and I are blessed with two sweet little girls, Addi and Brenna, and a corgi named Sadie.

🌲 What are your hobbies/what do you do for fun?
I'm a creative person through and through. When I'm not playing with our kiddos, I enjoy making music, photography, art, design, strategizing, etc. Anything to fire up the right side of my brain!

🌲 What's your favorite Christmas memory/tradition?
My "Poppa" reading us the Christmas story in Luke 2.

🌲 If you could meet one Christmas character, who would it be?
The obvious and foremost answer is Jesus, but I have to admit I would still like to meet Santa.

🌲 Favorite Christmas Food/Sweet?
Popcorn balls!

When it comes to Karmen's role at FOT, the question is "what doesn't Karmen do"?!

🌲 How long have you been a part of Festival of Trees?
Going on my 6th year!

🌲 What do you love about Festival of Trees?
I love Christmas! So, working on a project that is centered on Christmas, 11 months of the year, is so much fun! I love the lights, the music and watching the smiles throughout the event! I love seeing the same families and watching them grow as they make Festival of Trees a must do tradition every year! Welcoming new families every year is wonderful too!

🌲 What are the most important things in your life?
Like I tell my three boys, the only thing I love more than them is God, because He gave them to me. My role as a single mom is without a doubt the highlight of my life and my three sons are the loves of my life. My ministry at Dakota Hope, the people whom I am blessed to walk beside, the lives I can help save, are part of a God-woven journey that continues to keep me looking upward and calling out, "Wow, God, thank you for redeeming me and saying I am worthy of this calling."

🌲 What are your hobbies/what do you do for fun?
My family and my job keep me very busy, however if there is free time, you would find me playing volleyball, doing zumba, and reading.

🌲 What's your favorite Christmas memory/tradition?
Ordering plain cheese pizza, watching Home Alone and decorating with my boys!

🌲 If you could meet one Christmas "character", who would it be?
JESUS!

🌲 Favorite Christmas Food/Sweet?
My mom's homemade fudge!!!
