Spring into spine health! 🐰 A recent rabbit study found that rotational movement under traction effectively preserves disc health while increasing strength and flexibility.

While no physiological movement of the spine is inherently bad, certain movements can create stress on the lower back. Pressure increases within the discs can cause injury or aggravate an existing one.
