When someone pauses their life to leave us a review, it’s always an incredible honor.
But some of these reviews haunt us a little.
Too often, people come to us after a string of disappointing experiences: rushed appointments, divided attention, and treatment that feels more like a checklist than care. It’s heartbreaking that this has become the expectation in healthcare not to mention the expectation of the profession in which we’ve invested so much.
We love that we can help rewrite that story. But we wish more people experienced truly personalized, attentive care from the start.
If your physical therapist (or any healthcare provider fort that matter) isn’t really listening to you, is splitting their time between multiple patients, or isn’t helping you feel understood and supported… please know that you deserve better.
Even if that better care isn’t with us, find someone who’s in your corner.
