Nicole founder and owner, graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY in 1996. She has worked in both the hospital and outpatient setting specializing in Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. She opened her own physical therapy and wellness practice in Harrisburg, NC in 2013. Frustrated with the changes in healthcare snd insurances dictating patient care, she evolved from the traditional insurance based practice to a concierge approach to treatment allowing the patient to be first!! She uses a comprehensive approach to treatment, treating the entire body based on the patient’s needs. She believes movement is the key to a healthy lifestyle. She not only treats the injury but also educates and offers programs for injury prevention and a healthy lifestyle. WHY YOU SHOULD SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

-One on one treatment sessions 100% of the time with Nicole

-Convenient payment options: cash, check, credit card. Venmo and Cash app

Concierge treatment- Nicole is easily accessible by email and text for questions and recommendations on a daily basis

-No physician referral required. That means no wait times to begin!! Wellness Services:

-Relaxation Sessions: Massage and Modalities (heat, ultrasound, estim)
-Sports Recovery Session: Massage and Stretching
-Stretching Sessions- Active and Passive Stretching Program
-Fitness Program and Coaching - Monthly Packages Available
-Sports Massage and Cupping
-Physical therapy and Maintenance Sessions
- kinesio taping

Rates:
PT sessions: For insurance contact me and I will send you the referral link for benefit verification ( I contract with LUNA to provide PT and insurance verification and processing)

Wellness sessions 65-70$/hour ( extra rates may apply for milage for mobile sessions)
