This patient came in with:
• an edge-to-edge bite
• flaring lower teeth
• peg lateral incisors

We used aligner therapy to correct the bite and close the spaces. Then crowns were used to reshape the peg laterals and create a balanced smile.

Bite problems like this can cause:
• tooth wear
• chipping
• continued flaring of teeth
