The DIR/Floortime Model is a neurodevelopmental, relationship based approach that uses the interest of the child to target core capacities of development that are not fully mastered in children with communication and regulation disorders. Our Story

Children’s Relationship Center was created to offer families a comprehensive approach to autism, in which relationships with caregivers are the main focus. We offer high quality individualized therapeutic services to meet the needs of the child and the family guided by the DIR/Floortime model. We believe behaviors are only the tip of the iceberg so we work on understanding the underlying emotional reasons behind it and support both the parents and the child at that level. During sessions parents are guided on how to engage with their kids in a way that optimizes development in a joyful, loving and respectful way.
