Dry needling is one of the many tools we use in the clinic to help reduce pain, calm irritated muscles, and restore movement. It’s not a magic fix (well, kinda!) but when paired with proper strength training and movement, it can be a powerful part of the rehab process.

If you’ve got muscle tightness, trigger points, or nagging pain that won’t go away, consider trying dry needling

⚽️ Young athlete. Smart rehab. Strong comeback.

This young soccer athlete came into Apollo Rehab dealing with lateral hip and knee pain. Under the care of Dr. Kevin at our Miramar Clinic, she’s been working through a well-rounded rehab plan focused on improving mobility, building strength, and gradually loading the tissues that matter most for soccer.

You’re seeing just a small piece of her program here. With our new Sled by , we’re able to program sled pulls and pushes. We also incorporate lateral hip mobility and strength work, and lower body strength, all carefully selected to help her move better, train confidently, and return to the field pain-free.

She’s also supported by our full rehab team, including our student physical therapist Luck, who brings his own soccer background into the plan of care to help bridge rehab and sport-specific performance
