Ever have those days where it feels like your baby is inconsolable? No matter what you do, they just seem so upset! I often find myself searching for an explanation, trying everything to make him happy. Then I remember… “Oh! Maybe he’s going through a growth spurt?” Sure enough, I check my Wonder Weeks app and see that my little guy is indeed in a leap. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m not going crazy! We’ll get through it with extra snuggles, snacks, and kisses!

Can't recommend this class enough! Even as a doula I took this class with my Hubby to help prep us for the birth of our second child (the cute little model in the photo 🥰) Hannah and her husband do so well at helping prepare parents!

Marathon Birth Training

The moment you got pregnant you signed up for a
marathon, and like it or not, race day is coming! Will you
be prepared?
Join us for a four week series of childbirth education
classes in Berrien Center, MI where we will empower you
to prepare for the birth you long for.
We will help coach you as you choose your course,
prepare for your course, run your course, and recover
from your course.
Topics of education: birth vision and planning, navigating
birth options, creating a birth plan, nutrition for healthy
pregnancy, physical fitness in pregnancy, fetal alignment
in the pelvis, mental and emotional preparation for labor
and birth, communicating with providers, navigating the
hospital or birth center process, comfort measures and
techniques, emotional support, managing contractions,
pain control, pushing techniques, immediate postpartum
expectations, breastfeeding and bottle feeding, newborn
care, postpartum recovery and mental and emotional
health as you adjust to your new family dynamics.
We have rich history of 13 years of teaching this course
and have many positive stories coming from our
students in this course!
