Our fabulous residents at Fountainview Care Center by Brickyard truly shined during our Glamour Shot Day, generously sponsored by Dunes Hospice! From radiant smiles to dazzling poses, each photo captured the beauty, strength, and personality that make our community so special.

Happy Easter from all of us at Fountainview Care Center by Brickyard!
What a beautiful afternoon filled with laughter, joy, and community spirit! Our annual Easter Egg Hunt was an absolute delight as our wonderful residents and the children shared smiles, stories, and plenty of excitement hunting for colorful eggs. Moments like these truly warm our hearts and remind us how special it is to bring generations together.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated their time, treats, and treasures to make this event so memorable. A special thank you to AseraCare Hospice, Dunes Hospice, Heart 2 Heart Hospice, and Paradigm Health for your continued support of our residents and activities, you help make days like this possible!
We’d also like to give a heartfelt thank you to our amazing residents and staff who generously gave their time and donated candy to bring extra sweetness to the celebration. Your kindness and dedication truly shine!

Who says exercise can’t be fun? Not us at Fountainview Care Center by Brickyard!
Today’s daily exercise hour turned into an exciting game of pool noodle “hockey”—and let’s just say, the competition was real! Residents showed off their moves, shared lots of laughs, and stayed active all at the same time.
We love finding creative ways to keep our residents moving, smiling, and engaged every single day. Who knew pool noodles could bring out such teamwork and energy?

We had a slice of fun celebrating Pi Day at Fountainview Care Center!
Our residents enjoyed delicious homemade apple pies—some lovingly baked from scratch and others made by our very own Activities leader, Nicole! The room was filled with sweet aromas, laughter, and plenty of second helpings.
Nothing brings people together quite like good pie and great company. We’re so grateful for moments like these that make our community feel like home!

Couples That Bowl Together, Stay Together!
There’s nothing like a little friendly competition to brighten the day at Fountainview Care Center by Brickyard! Our amazing Activities team member, Matthew, recently joined one of our wonderful resident couples for a round of bowling—and let’s just say the strikes, smiles, and laughter were in full swing.
We love seeing the special bonds shared by the couples in our community. Whether they’re cheering each other on, sharing a high-five after a great roll, or simply enjoying time together, these moments remind us that fun (and love!) never goes out of style.
Here at Fountainview, we’re proud to have several couples who continue to make memories side by side. Because around here, we believe the saying might just be true… couples who bowl together stay together!
