This week's bingo event, hosted by Heart to Heart Hospice and supported by Brickyard Healthcare, brought together hospital case managers for a great afternoon. We’re grateful for our community partnerships and participation in the event.

Brickyard's Twelfth Street Care Center recently conducted our Smile Campaign to recognize the little (and big!) moments that bring joy to our community. Residents and staff were invited to nominate employees who go above and beyond to make others smile.

The response was heartwarming — many nominations came in, full of kind words and uplifting stories. At the end of the campaign, we held a drawing for all nominees, and Krista was both our most-nominated team member and our prize winner!

Thank you to Krista Eskins for continually making such a positive impact, and to everyone who participated in our Smile Campaign!

We just wrapped up the 2025 Annual Spring Leadership Meeting where we celebrated our high performing teams and individuals!

Our "2,000" represents achieving our census goal last year, and we're happy to continue to care for over 2,000 residents throughout our 23 Care Centers to this day!

We had such a great time connecting with the incredible case managers at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center!

Our very own Cynthia Becerra, Business Development Director, and Breanna Wright, Regional Director of Strategic Growth, teamed up with our amazing partners at Dialyze Direct to share all the exciting things happening across our three Brickyard Healthcare locations.

We were especially proud to highlight our Elkhart facility—home to the ONLY in-house dialysis center in the Michiana area! Big things are happening, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate and grow alongside our healthcare partners.
