Attention to our Veterans:

There have been recent new modifications to the way the VA is approving and allowing Community Care therapy. These new policies are limiting the visits annually, requiring a withdrawl of care to determine necessity and not covering what they deem “maintenance care.”

We will continue to work with you and your providers. If you have questions or concerns please contact your provider as well as Community Care.

We have had several patients reach out about their care and approvals. We are submitting the requests timely but have received denials. We are happy to provide you a copy of your denial.

Though Sarge is no longer with us, he is always in our hearts. "Chili" left us and moved to Kentucky--we miss him. William and Terry are still staff favorites. We feel so blessed to have the opportunity to care for you and so many others who have truly become family. Once you have an episode of back pain, sadly it is more likely to reoccur throughout your life. The best thing to do is to be prepared. SAJA teaches patients stretches and home exercises to help manage back pain. We also instruct on what to avoid. But most important, we encourage patients to call us when the pain is more than a simple annoyance so it doesn't get to the point of severe pain or unable to lift or stand up.

Our goal is to treat your chronic/acute pain, but also not have you coming in for therapy forever. Your therapy plan is reasonable and customized to your specific case and needs.
