With school back in session it means sickness/illness are on the rise. Make sure you are taking care of your immune system. Get plenty of rest, water, exercise and take your supplements to give you a strong immune system. The red light therapy and sauna are great help for your immune system as well. Regular massage therapy is great as well. Here is a list of recommended supplements to take. And as always if you’re not sure ask a medical professional. Also if you are sick please reschedule your massage appointment.
