Welcome to the team, Nataly! 🎉✨

Nataly is a new graduate CRNA officially beginning her career at Kaiser Riverside—the very same community where she grew up! 🏠💙 She is thrilled to join such a supportive group and give back to her hometown.

She brings four years of Medical ICU experience to the team, along with a deep commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork. Nataly values continuous learning and providing thoughtful care to every patient she meets.

Off the clock, Nataly loves traveling and hiking with her miniature schnauzer, Vader! 🐾🥾 We’re so excited to have her on the Riverside team.

Thalia is a new graduate who has begun her CRNA career with an incredible story of resilience and heart. Her journey through anesthesia school was shaped by discipline and the art of balancing a busy personal and professional life—including the amazing feat of welcoming her second daughter right in the middle of her training! 👶🏥

Her daughters continue to be her greatest motivation, inspiring her to strive for excellence and lead by example every day. As a Latina and Spanish-speaking provider, Thalia is also passionate about serving diverse communities, bridging language barriers, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of her patients.

When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her soaking up family time with her husband and children or sharing a peek into the world of healthcare and motherhood.
