A surgeon’s precision in removing tissue and a pathologist’s thoroughness in examining it both directly impact staging and treatment decisions in many cancers. The Pathology team at never disappoint!
And yes, there could be up to 17 lymph nodes or even more in the liver hilum. Not usual though..
