Vocational Visions Empowering adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities through job training, life skills and inclusive community programs.

Together, we create opportunities for independence, purpose, and belonging. Vocational Visions is a non-profit agency located in Mission Viejo, CA and is the only program in southern Orange County that provides vocational and life skills training and support to adults with developmental and other disabilities. These disabilities include, but are not limited to, mental retardation, autism, cerebral

palsy, and emotional, sensory and neurological disorders. Currently we serve over 400 clients on a daily basis. We offer eight distinct programs that meet the varying needs of adults with developmental and other disabilities. These programs include the Day Training Activity Program, Health Related Services Program, Emeritus Program, Adult Development Program, Vocational Rehabilitation Work Activity Program, Supported Employment Program and the most recent addition, the House of Champions Clubhouse.

July is Disability Pride Month, but here at Vocational Visions, we celebrate, honor, and understand the importance of disability inclusion every day. What makes Disability Pride so meaningful is that it affirms disability as a natural and valuable part of human diversity. This month is about awareness, visibility, empowerment, and pride.
