Born and raised in RSM, she took her love for movement to the University of Northern Colorado, where she earned her degree in Sports & Exercise Science while competing as a D1 softball player. 🥎

With years of experience as a Physical Therapy Aid, Ali is passionate about helping people not only regain mobility, but also build strength and confidence through stretching. 💪✨
