“For much of my adult life, I struggled with lower back pain and sciatica that likely started after breaking my tailbone at 15. By late 2025, the pain had worsened dramatically—affecting not just my back but also my neck, making it hard to enjoy the activities I love and even sleep through the night.

X-rays and assessments showed exactly what was going on with my spine, including loss of the natural curve in my neck and imbalances in my hips and shoulders. PATIENT OF THE MONTH
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Doctor Michael Foudy. When I first started

treatment about 6 months ago, I was suffering from mid back pain that interfered in many areas of my daily life. But each visit has made a huge difference, and my pain has decreased significantly.
I have been to a number of great chiropractors in my many moves across the country. But I have not been treated by a doctor who compares to Doctor Foudy.
From my initial assessment, I felt that he was passionate about his work and his commitment to help me. I had previously seen an orthopedic doctor who advised that I had minor arthritis in my spine and the results of an MRI did not refiect the severe pain that I felt. Dr. Foudy used x-rays and additional diagnostic tools in our first meeting, so he was able to take a more holistic view in addressing all the issues
that were impacting my back.
Gardening takes up a lot of my time and that causes a lot of stress on my back. I also volunteer where I am on my feet for hours - this usually results in back pain.
Since seeing Dr. Foudy, I have been able to function with minimal discomfort.
Dr. Foudy takes the time to listen and explain what’s going on, which makes every visitor feel personalized and professional. The office environment is warm and welcoming, and Mallory and Carmen make you feel like you’re part of their
