Yes, I can see and communicate with spirits.
I have seen I was a child. Contrary to what Tv might show you mediums are not constantly bombarded by spirits. They are not constantly around me.

Just like with the living, there are boundaries. When I am not open to communication, they respect that. Boundaries are so important in this world.

Whenever I say that the afterlife is not built on punishment, people immediately ask the same question.

What about people who did terrible things?

In my work I have seen that no soul escapes the truth of what it has done. During the life review they experience the full impact of their actions, not only what they felt but what others felt because of them. Nothing is hidden.

Many souls awaken through that process and begin the long work of healing.

There are rarer cases. Souls that became so aligned with destruction that their energy has gone dark. These souls did not only witness harm, they participated in it. Whether they can be restored is not always clear.

What I have seen is not punishment. It is something far more complex.

Yesterday while gardening I uncovered a tiny bush completely buried under weeds.

As I started pulling them out, I heard myself say to it,
“I don’t know what you are, but I’m giving you a chance to become what you want to be.”

Then I paused.

Something about that moment stayed with me. Because how often in life do we need the same thing. A little space. A little patience. A chance to become what we are meant to be.

Sometimes growth simply needs room.
Maybe that is true for more than just plants.
