We are super excited to welcome Allison La Bianca to our Shaanti team of teachers! She will take over Monday evening 5:30 flow and 7pm gentle and sound! Please give her a warm welcome by attending!

Allison La Bianca has been sharing the practice of yoga since 2013. With over 500 hours of certification, including specialized training in Yoga Therapy and Trauma-Informed practice, her teaching is rooted in the belief that the magic of yoga happens when we take the lessons off the mat and into the world.

For Allison, yoga is a lifeline. It is the tool she uses to navigate life’s turns through the power of the breath, learning to stay in discomfort until it transforms, and clearing the body’s chaos to find clarity in the stillness. A nomadic spirit at heart, she currently calls Southern California home while living full-time in her van and leading retreats both domestically and internationally. Allison’s mission is to help students listen to the whispers of their own souls and find the inspiration to take action toward their truest path.
