There's something deeply grounding about making your tea with sunlight - gentle, natural, and full of intention.

☀️How to Make Sun Tea
1. Fill a clear glass jar with fresh water
2. Add your tea or herbs (tea bags or loose leat)
3. Set your intention - what are you inviting in? calm, clarity, peace?
4. Place in direct sunlight for 2-4 hours
5. Let the sun infuse + awaken the blend
6. Remove, strain (if needed), and enjoy
over ice or chilled

Optional: add citrus, fresh herbs, or a
touch of honey
