Meet Coach Gery 💪🏼✨

18 years as a dedicated health coach.
A mom of 3 amazing boys.
And the founder of Team Beauty — one of the biggest women-empowering-women movements in the RGV. 👑

Her journey started 10 years ago when she faced one of the hardest seasons of her life — postpartum depression. Instead of letting it break her, she used it as fuel to create a community where women could rise together.

Coach Gery turned her pain into purpose, and now she continues to pour into women with passion, strength, and heart. 💗

If you’ve ever felt alone in your journey… you don’t have to be. This is the movement for you.

Team Beauty is more than workouts — it’s transformation, sisterhood, and healing.
