Richard's Pharmacy in Mission Texas is contracted with all private insurances, Texas Medicaid & Medicare. We provide Specialty Compounding & Custom Prescriptions, Home Medical Equipment, Immunizations, Travel Vaccines, H.I.V. Medication, Diabetes Education, Flu Shots, Free Prescription Delivery and Double Drive-Thru Services. Ask your doctor to e-prescribe, call or fax your prescription to Richard's Pharmacy in order to save time. If we have all of your information we can generally fill your prescriptions in 10 minutes or less. You can also take advantage of our free delivery service to your home or office. At Richard's Pharmacy we pride ourselves on always taking care of the customer. If the traditional method of therapy recommended by your doctor is not working, we have the ability to compound your medication specifically tailored to your needs. Through the art of compounding we can lower your dose, change the form to a capsule, liquid, cream, or remove allergic agents. Richard's Pharmacy in Mission Texas is the newest member of a four store independent chain in the Rio Grande Valley. The pharmacy is named after the original owner Richard Martinez, a well known pharmacist and businessman in the Mission area. The store is now owned by a new group of ambitious partners who would like to expand to several other cities in South Texas. Meet the Business Owner:

Vanessa has spent her childhood and professional career in the Rio Grande Valley. She is a graduate of McAllen Memorial High School, who went on to complete undergraduate studies at the University of Texas and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy. For the past 10 years Vanessa has been taking care of patients in the Mission community by spending time counseling them to make sure they take their medication properly. Vanessa prides herself on getting to know her patients and family members by name. A tight relationship with the patient equals a positive outcome.
