The homeschool gymnastics class at High Velocity in Brownsville is such a blessing for my family because ❤️ the coaches there are so lovely, the workouts are intense and the skills they teach are incredible! If anyone is on the fence about sening their kids back to school, you can always homeschool and there are lots of programs and resources available and a large community of homeschooling families across the Valley ❤️

Wednesdays are wash days in our house ❤️ everyone gets haircuts, super scrubbed, teeth super cleaned, ears, nails, everything... that's when everyone gets my undivided attention and I make sure they get anything that might have been missed during the week 😆 people will often ask me what are my plans for Wednesday and when I say it's Wash Day Wednesday they think I'm joking but it's a whole day event...Math Mondays, Teaching Tuesdays, Wash Day Wednesday, Teaching Thursdays, Deep Clean Friday, Saturday Sabbath, Sunday Funday... that's how I do a schedule in a neurodivergent household

Mama by Day, ShamaMama by Night.

I am a Registered Nurse, Holistic Healer and Artist. I am blessed to be the Mama to four beautiful children. I have two children with Autism and ADHD which has presented numerous health challenges along the way. This is what led me to begin researching and creating Natural Remedies.
