Not only are my craniosacral appointments live, but starting November 7 I will be taking appointments on Fridays as well! So now my schedule will be Wednesday through Saturday from 9 AM with last appointments at 2:30 PM! My last appointment is at 3:30 on Saturdays! And don’t forget, because Massage is absolutely supplemental healthcare, I do take HSA. Even if your HS eight card happens to be declined at sale, please don’t forget to email yourself the receipt and that way your insurance company can reimburse you.

Happy October everybody! I am so pleased to announce that I will be now providing stand alone craniosacral therapy appointments, starting immediately! Furthermore, I will be expanding my hours. I now take appointments on Fridays starting from 9 AM and with my last appointment going at 2 PM. So my work hours are Wednesday through Saturday. Have a great day

It's essentially impossible for me to capture a still picture of someone getting massaged because I'm always in motion, and I feel like if I see a picture of someone getting a massage, I think to myself: "well that doesn't look like it feels good, they're clearly posing."

Our children are our biggest mirrors - because I massage my child's feet so often, they have begun to massage mine!
Put in kindness and you get kindness back.... Mostly.
But why massage a toddler's feet? Growing pains, of course! Growing pains in children ages 2 to 4 can result in things like restless leg syndrome or being unable to sleep. Even worse, sometimes children can't verbalize exactly what's wrong, which makes it hard to help them. I first knew my baby was having growing pains because they kept on squeezing at their own thighs and saying 'itchy.'
That "itchy" = restless leg syndrome and her didn't have the words for "tingly" to tell me. Once we started massage, sleep improved as well as overall comfort.
