It might seem counterproductive or counterintuitive to work out on muscles that are causing you pain, but it’s probably a good chance that a muscle is in pain because it’s too weak to do its job properly And a lot of the other muscles are tight because they are compensating for the job. This muscle in particular isn’t doing. Obviously there’s no blanket.cure to hip pain, but working on these hip flexor muscles, and these oblique muscles daily will greatly help! If you’re curious about stretches and how to engage certain muscles, we can absolutely talk about that! At the new location, I am now offering facilitated stretching sessions. These are 30 minute sessions where you come in in athletic wear or at least stretchy clothing and we stretch together! This is assisted stretching, and it’s really great for our friends that are on a fitness journey for anything from getting your body back after baby or for training for a triathlon! In each one of these sessions, we’re gonna go over which muscle groups are probably weird for you and which muscle groups can be massaged as well as strengthened.
