Mission Veterinary Hospital was established in 1988 and we have continued to raise the bar in quality veterinary care. Our up-to-date medical equipment has allowed us to offer the most advanced, least-invasive diagnostic and treatment modalities for our patients. We are a 5 doctor mixed practice, which means we see both large and small animals. We offer in-house blood profiles, digital radiography, ultrasound, telemedicine, and video endoscopy....all which allow our doctors to diagnose and treat our patients in a more effective and timely manner. Meet Augustus, a handsome brindle boy with the heart of a Prince Charming! 💙 Gus is about 80 pounds of love and was born in June 2020. This solid, athletic fellow is playful, eager to please, and ready to bring joy to his forever family.

✔️ Comes running when called—then skids to a stop for pets or treats 🐕🍖

Meet Regaliz, a sweet 15 ½-year-old who proves that senior pets still have so much love and adventure to share! 💕

After spending her entire life at Cinderella Pet Rescue, Regaliz finally found her forever family this past January. With the help of Dr. Cavazos, who treated her UTI and liver issues and started her on the right medications and supplements, she is now thriving! ✨

This summer, Regaliz even went camping in Colorado and hiked 2 miles—how amazing is that? 🏔️🐕

Her story is a beautiful reminder that adopting a senior pet can be one of the most rewarding experiences. They’re ready to love you right away, and you’ll be glad you opened your heart to them. ❤️

✨ Spotlight: Meet Remy! ✨🐾

Remy’s journey is nothing short of amazing. His family adopted him in 2018 in San Diego, California, and while no one knew his exact age, he quickly earned the title of “chunky grandpa dog.” 🐕💛

Since then, Remy has lived quite the life — from sandy California beaches to South Padre Island, adventures in Aggieland (College Station), and even a trip to White Sands National Park in New Mexico! 🌊🏝️🏜️

We’re so thankful for our senior pet patients like Remy who continue to fill our lives with love, joy, and countless memories. 💕
