Attention pet parents! We have received important news regarding Save This Life microchip company. As of earlier this month, their operations have shut down and their database has been deactivated.

What this means for you: While your pet’s microchip itself still works, the contact information linked to it in the Save This Life database is no longer accessible. If your pet is lost, their chip will not lead back to your contact details.

How to protect your pet: To ensure your pet stays protected, you must re-register their microchip number with a new registry. Here are several options to get you back online:

🚫 Sugar-free candy & gum (xylitol) — can cause rapid drops in blood sugar and liver failure
🚫 Lilies — extremely toxic to cats
