Happy New Year and we are back for 2026. So many memories were made in 2025 from letting our competitive spirit shine on teams to helping the running community during a marathon and plenty of races. We added a new clinic to help increase access to PT in Missoula and still made time to have fun. We are back open for the new year today and can’t wait to see everyone in 2026.

Shoutout to Emily for spending 2 weeks in Canada providing PT to the athletes of the US Para Nordic and biathlon team during their first World Cup races. The team is comprised of sit skiers, visually impaired skiers, and standing skiers. Congratulations are in order as the team brought home several gold medals and Emily got to live out her life long dream to wear a radio harness. The team is now preparing for the 2026 Paralympics in Milan-Cortina, be sure to tune into the games! What an amazing opportunity.

We got to celebrate the Holidays early this year! Shoutout to for hosting us for our 2025 Holiday party. We shared a lot of laughs and reminiscing over our time together this past year as well as getting to play in some snow. We’re back in the clinic until Christmas day because the grind doesn’t stop for Alpine. Looking forward to seeing everyone on this last stretch of 2025.

It’s officially winter with our first true snowfall in Missoula. To make sure you stay safe and on your feet, here are a few tips.

-Make sure you wear proper footwear that have thick rubber soles and a good tread to maximize traction
-Shorten your stride, take shorter shuffling steps to maximize ground contact and improve stability
-Use salt or sand on your walkways to prevent ice from forming on your path
-Keep your hands free for balance and minimize distractions to be aware of icy spots in your way
-Have a little bag of sand in your car to spread as you get out on questionable surfaces, or slippery parking spots

Happy Thanksgiving from Alpine PT! We have so much to be thankful for this year and we are thankful for all of you that have allowed us to be apart of your wellness journey. We will be enjoying the Holiday and tomorrow with our family and friends. We’ll be back on December 1st to continue helping all of our patients with their goals.

Our Alpine family is growing! Congratulations to Allix and family on their newest addition, Beau Richard Huse. Born on October 14th at 7lbs 6oz. Momma and baby are doing well.

Join us this weekend at the Montana Film Festival where Alpine will be the presenter of the Places (Sort Of) Shorts Block. It will be screening on Saturday, 10/25 at 5pm and Sunday, 10/26 at 2:15pm.
