Dr David Gray has RETIRED after practicing for 50 ½ years.
For those who never received correspondence from Gray Chiropractic Offices PC, we will be available to provide you with copies of your medical records by emailing us at graychiro@gmail.com.
Dr. Corey Gray also uses the Impulse IQ in his practice and has indicated that he would be available to continue your care as a new patient to his practice. You can call for an appointment at Practice Health 406-926-3000. My son Dr. Corey continues the Gray legacy of providing excellence in patient centered chiropractic care.
Thank you for your trust and confidence in us over the last five decades, we have strived to live up to and exceed your expectations whenever possible.
I also want to thank the dozens of wonderful employees who have worked with us over the years, most recently Karen and Krista and Rene. A special thanks to Rene who is retiring as well after 24 years of dedicated effort. Your efforts and compassion have been central to our Mission and Legacy.
