🌺 We are looking at California Poppy, a small but mighty friend that is often underestimated. This bright and delicate flower is mightier than you’d think, with a long and powerful background. Appreciated for all that it is.

🎥 We didn’t have enough time to go down the rabbit hole in this small video. With many uses old and new, this plant has shown through out the years and decades just how useful it is. 

✍️ In the blog I fully divulge the nitty gritty of why this plant is the smartest one in the room with out saying a whole lot. A firm hand with a gentle touch, this plant knows way more than it lets onto.

🛡️ This time of year we love to stock up on all things immune boosting. With increased travel, social events, stress, and weather changes — it’s no surprise that sometimes colds and viruses can get to us.

🌱 We have plenty of herbs to help you when you’re sick, but our favorite way to avoid illness is to nourish the body and immune system preventatively.

🦠 Last month you heard us talk about astragalus, Reishi and elderberry, but we also have some dynamic blends and tonics that you can take longer-term as a way to get ahead of the nasties.

🫁 First, Mighty Lungs Syrup is a nourishing tonic to support easeful breathing, promote healthy nervous system function, and aid in liver detoxification. This is something you can take even when you’re not ill, to help support and tonify the lungs.

🌿 We have plant friends and allies in the shop to help you manage your stress and tension. Take a deep breath, and come on a little learning adventure about one of our favorite plants to soothe the nervous system.

🌱 Tulsi is a joyful and playful friend. This plant has been appreciated and utilized in many ways throughout history. We can’t even scratch the surface in this short video of just how amazing this plant is. A gentle friend to play around with while we wait for warmer days.
