Paradise Dental Technologies has partnered with CostCare for Direct Primary Care since 2018—and that longevity matters. Austin Hobza, Human Resources Manager, shares why this partnership continues to work.

CostCare was the first Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in Montana, and we remain the only DPC in the state that accepts traditional insurance, giving both businesses and individuals real flexibility in how they access care.

If you’re looking for a membership-based healthcare model that’s proven, local, and built on real relationships—we’re it.

We showed up for wellness labs…
Stayed for the dogs. 🐾

This week we visited Paradise Dental Technologies to bring on-site wellness labs to their team — and made a few four-legged friends along the way.

Because PDT knows how to take care of their people and their pups right.

Healthy change rarely happens overnight.
It grows out of tiny choices made again and again — more water, earlier bedtimes, moving our bodies, asking for help when something feels off.

This year, let’s make space for the simple things that keep us steady.
And when you need us, we’re right here — cheering you on, partnering with you, and keeping healthcare practical and human.

Here’s to taking care — one day at a time.

Tdap Protects Our Community — Especially Our Littlest Neighbors

Missoula Public Health is reporting increased pertussis (whooping cough) activity in our community. This highly contagious respiratory illness can be especially serious for infants, pregnant people, and those at higher risk.

You can walk into either CostCare location to get your Tdap vaccine. If you have questions about symptoms, testing, treatment, or vaccinations — or if you’re pregnant or caring for an infant — our CostCare Family Practice and Urgent Care teams can help guide next steps.

What helps slow the spread and protect families:
• Pregnancy matters — the CDC recommends a Tdap vaccine during every pregnancy (ideally between weeks 27–36) to help protect babies before they can be vaccinated.
• Stay up to date on vaccines — the Tdap vaccine protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis. Boosters are recommended every 7–10 years.
• Watch for prolonged coughs — even vaccinated people can get pertussis and should be tested and treated.
• Start treatment early — antibiotics work best when begun right away and help reduce transmission.
• Protect close contacts — household members should receive preventive antibiotics, regardless of vaccination status.
• Protect healthcare settings — exposed healthcare workers with symptoms should stay home, test, and treat.

GLP-1 Medication Support - Start the New Year with Savings!

GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) is a hormone naturally produced in the gut that helps regulate blood sugar, slow stomach emptying, and signal fullness to the brain. GLP-1 receptor agonist medications are designed to mimic and amplify these natural effects and may be used as part of a medically guided weight management plan.

Cost: $125–$250 for 4 weeks of medication.*
Available for new and existing patients.

Call today to schedule an appointment and discuss whether GLP-1 therapy is appropriate for your health goals.

*Final cost depends on medication selection and dosage.
