🚨 SCAM ALERT – BE AWARE 🚨
We’ve seen a recent rise in scam phone calls in Montana, with scammers impersonating officials and demanding payments via Venmo, Cash App, or gift cards. These are red flags.
These scams are NOT legitimate and can be dangerous.
👉 What to look for with scam calls:
The caller claims to be from a government agency or law enforcement.
They pressure you to act immediately.
They request payment through apps like Venmo, Cash App, or ask for gift cards.
They may even spoof legitimate phone numbers to seem real.
💡 How to protect yourself:
Never send money via Venmo, Cash App, or gift cards to someone you don’t know personally.
Do not give out personal or financial information over the phone.
If you're unsure, hang up and call us directly using the official numbers listed on our website.
You can also make secure payments directly through our website.
✅ If you receive a suspicious call, verify before you pay. Scammers rely on urgency and fear — don’t fall for it.
📍 We’re working with local partners, including the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office if you’ve been targeted, report the incident to them.

At CMS, Richard appreciates the way our team supports one another: “We get along well here at the office and understand that life happens — we look out for each other.”

This evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program is designed to equip professionals with tools to guide clients through a 12-week social skills course—focusing on:

🌟 Employee of the Month – July 🌟
Please join us in celebrating Greg, our Employee of the Month!
For nearly a decade, he has been a cornerstone of our Polson office, bringing with him over 20 years of experience as a detective with the Missoula Police Department. His dedication to building strong relationships with the courts, county attorney’s office, probation, and partner agencies has helped shape the success of our Lake County office.
Beyond his professional contributions, his work is deeply personal—having lost a brother to overdose, he finds great purpose in helping others reclaim their lives from addiction. He is also one of the founding members of the Lake County Drug Court, where he continues to make a lasting impact.
When he’s not serving the community, you’ll likely find him and his partner Becca out on a motorcycle trip with their Labrador Raven, mountain biking, skiing, or sailing on Flathead Lake.
We’re incredibly grateful for his leadership, compassion, and dedication. Thank you for everything you do—you truly embody the heart of Compliance Monitoring Systems. 💙

Our Program Manager, Jake, volunteered at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy’s Probation & Parole Basic Academy this week! 🙌
He jumped in to help with the Reentry Simulator, where students got a real feel for what it’s like to reenter the community after incarceration—finding a job, going to treatment, checking in with a PO, and trying to make it all work.
It’s such a powerful way to build empathy and perspective for the officers who will be guiding people through that process every day. Big thanks to Jake Henry for representing our team and giving back in such a meaningful way! 💯
