Cheryl Lauridson, Pastoral Counselor Christian Counseling It is often difficult to take that first step in seeking help. Shame, guilt, fear of judgment or rejection can keep us from seeking help.

Life can be heart-breaking and confusing and it is sometimes hard to reach out. God's word calls us to come alongside one another in our hurt and confusion. He offers hope and healing -- we only have to ask. Pastoral counseling can provide direction and understanding of this hope God so freely gives Through compassion, humility and grace we can journey together towards healing and restoration allowing God to be glorified in the midst of struggles. I am a licensed pastor with Elevate Church and serve on the Senior Leadership Team. I have been ordained through the Foursquare International Church. I hold an advanced degree in Biblical Counseling and am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Montana EFT. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and utilize this modality as well as biblical principals in counseling. I would consider it an honor to come alongside you in your journey towards peace, hope and understanding.
