03/03/2022

Hello friends and colleagues. I want share with you a wonderful opportunity for folks seeking, exploring, or engaged in, a journey of recovery. The Learning Center at Red Willow provides a clinically supervised Mindful Recovery and Wellness Program. Currently, there is an online group on Thursdays from 11:30 to 12:30 MST. To register go to 4thdmissoula.org.

This group is grant funded and free to participants. The practice of mindfulness has proven effective for many folks who struggle with use disorders and/or mental health conditions. The group is led by experienced Mindfulness Practitioners and is easily accessible via Zoom. Mindfulness is an effective adjunct to any path of recovery.

If you have clients struggling to meet their IOP hours requirement, this group can help fill that gap. If you, or your clients are seeking additional tools to gain an added layer of self-awareness that aids in decreasing relapse potential and increasing the ability to sustain recovery, this group is for you. This is an amazing option for folks who don’t align with traditional support groups and are looking for an individualized recovery path. It is also a wonderful addition to traditional supports and adds grounding and stabilizing practices to an already established recovery program.

To register go to 4thdmissoula.org and you will be provided with the zoom link information.
