Missoula County Justice of the Peace Landee Holloway was honored as the 2025 Recovery Advocate of the Year by Stepping Stones Behavioral Health Services. This award recognizes Judge Holloway's 30+ years of dedication helping individuals in the criminal justice system address addiction and build healthier, more stable lives.

Before becoming a Justice of the Peace, Judge Holloway was a felony probation and parole officer. During her time on the bench, she worked with a team of professionals to develop ROAD Court, a treatment and accountability program for misdemeanor DUI offenders in Missoula County. The program focuses on holding individuals accountable for their actions while also supporting their recovery journey.

We held our very first Stepping Stones to Recovery Luncheon yesterday and raised over $25,000 to support recovery in our community.

Every day patients walk into the offices at Stepping Stones looking for the support they need to find their way down the path of recovery.
