Pre-judging at the Emerald Cup is complete, and I couldn’t be more proud of this incredible woman—!

Watching her walk across that stage today was surreal—not just because of how stunning she looked, but because I know the blood, sweat, and tears that brought her here.

Ellie has poured her heart and soul into this prep. Over the last several months, she’s stayed consistent, committed, and focused—even when life threw curveballs her way. She never wavered. She showed up, every single day, and gave it her all.

It has been an absolute honor to be part of her journey and transformation over the last two years. The physical changes are remarkable, but the internal growth she’s experienced—her strength, confidence, and resilience—is what truly makes this moment so powerful.

Finals kick off at 5 PM, and I am beyond excited to see her shine again. No matter what happens, I have zero doubt that she’s going to place incredibly well—because she’s already won in the most meaningful ways.

New Hip, Who Dis? 🦿😆

Getting back in the gym regularly post-total hip replacement like… cue the dramatic slow-motion entrance music 🎶💪

Sure, I have some limitations and restrictions, but you know what I don’t have? Excuses. Progress doesn’t stop just because things look a little different. Modifications? ✅ Adjustments? ✅ Still crushing my goals? Absolutely.

Also, let’s talk about steps. If my dog can zoom around the block every day without complaining, AND walk on a treadmill, then so can I. 🐶🚶‍♀️ No excuses, no quitting—just adapting and pushing forward.

Intrusive thought...., I wonder if dogs have like people do?

Moral of the story: Setbacks don’t mean stop. They mean recalibrate, adjust, and keep moving. So if you’re waiting for a “perfect time” to start working toward your goals… newsflash: the time is NOW.
