I have had my fair share of injuries and rehabs throughout my HS and College career, which is a big part of why I am where I am today. These experiences paired with an excellent athletic trainer to look up to, fueled my determination to pursue a career focused on sports medicine and rehabilitation. During my high school years, I had the invaluable opportunity to shadow our Athletic Trainer, from whom I gained invaluable insights into injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation strategies. This exposure solidified my decision to pursue a path in sports medicine.
I enrolled in an exceptional Massage Therapy program in Williston, ND, where I earned my Associate Degree in Applied Science, specializing in Massage Therapy. Here, focusing my skills in Swedish and Sports Massage. Continuing my education, I pursued a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science at Dakota State University in Madison, SD. This comprehensive program deepened my understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics. I am currently enrolled in the Masters in Athletic Training program here at the University of Montana. I have loved being part of the Range team and working with the community! SPECIALIZED SERVICES
