Intensive Outpatient Program
• ASAM Level 2.1 – Evidence-Based Recovery That Works
Join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for those ready to take their recovery to the next level.
✅ 9 hours/week of structured support
✅ 8-week program (extendable to 16 weeks)
What’s Included:
• 1 hour/week Individual Substance Use Counseling
• 5 hours/week Therapy Groups
• 3 hours/week Educational Groups
Group Focus Areas:

🥦 Nutrition & Substance Use
🧬 The Neuroscience of Addiction

Group Times:
🕒 Mondays: 3–5 PM
🕒 Tuesdays: 3–6 PM

A monitary donation of $75 or more could get you ad space on a hole. Or donations of goods/services that equal the same value will also get you a space.

If you are interested in golfing that is $45 person and we are looking for teams of 4.
