I’m Kay Jennings, and I want to share with you the keys to how YOU can take control of YOUR health – by better understanding your body and its very unique needs. Over the years, we’ve all been conditioned to accept that good health care is about treating symptoms. Searching for the root cause is what I do. As an Integrative Functional Medicine practitioner, my passion is to work with you to uncover the causes behind the symptoms:

- Determine the most effective lifestyle change that will impact the cause and alleviate the symptoms – not just cover them up
