In a world that encourages, even demands, a stress-filled life; we've forgotten how to unwind and relax. We have become a society that is so focused on other things that we forget about taking care of ourselves. This realization made me stop mid-way in my life and redirect my focus. If the stress, in my life, was having such negative affects – others must be having similar experiences. . .perhaps

without even realizing it. My desire is that every massage I give be relaxing and rejuvenating. Allowing each client, for a small segment of time, to become vulnerable and let the walls come down – so that the healing touch of massage can take hold and restore the body's natural ability to regulate itself.
