I've been anemic my whole life. I eat red meat a couple times a week, and still my ferritin level has been extremely low. Well, I met a nutritionist at the market a month or so ago and was talking to her about my symptoms and what was going on. She recommended I try beef organs first. Well, holy moly, it has changed my life. My migraines are gone, my energy is through the roof, and I'm losing weight, and I feel stronger every day. I think my workouts are being amplified. I just feel overall so much better, and what I thought were pre-menopause symptoms that came on strong a year ago is not what it is at all. I've taken iron every day practically my whole life, but I don't absorb it, so it never worked. So, long story short, I bought the whole set to give this company a full run for 3 months and see how it feels and what my next blood test shows. I researched this company too really well.
