Every Tuesday, we're here for connection, real talk, a quiet space to be in company, resources you didn't know you needed. For you - as you are, as you're learning to care for yourself and feed your baby in this new season. There's always a lactation expert on hand to answer questions about infant feeding and cheer you on, whether you're breast, chest, or bottle feeding, or anything in between. Find us in the upstairs Learning Kitchen at Food Bank & Community Center. Enter through the EmPower Place entrance and some lovely folks can help direct you to the stairs/elevator.
