Congratulations to Megan Condra, our 2026 Mercy Award Winner!

We are so proud to announce that Megan Condra, Director of Marketing & Community Relations, has been named Community Medical Center's 2026 Mercy Award recipient — the highest honor a Lifepoint Health employee can receive.

Megan embodies mercy in everything she does. From organizing community support for families in crisis, to coordinating a 27-car antique show to honor a beloved colleague's life and legacy, she gives her time, her heart, and her energy to make sure no one faces their hardest moments alone.

Megan will now be considered for Lifepoint Health's 2026 companywide Mercy Award, with the winner honored in Nashville this September.

Please join us in celebrating Megan
