We are welcoming a new massage therapist to our team!Nichole St. John, L.M.T.

A graduate of Sacred Roots Massage School, Nichole specializes in deep tissue massage with an intuitive, personalized approach. She has always been drawn to helping others and believes true healing happens when skill and presence comes together. By listening closely to your body and adjusting each session to your needs, she will help release chronic tension while creating a deeply relaxing experience.

Outside of the treatment room, Nichole values balance, mindfulness, and continued learning so she can better support her clients’ wellness journeys. Her goal is to help in pain relief, feeling physically and mentally restored, grounded, and more at home in your body.

Hello,

We have some really good news to share--and we couldn't wait to introduce her to you.

Nichole St. John, L.M.T., officially joins our team this week, and we are so genuinely excited for you to meet her.

Nichole is graduate of Sacred Roots Massage School here in Montana, and she specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, and Energy Work. What sets her apart isn't just her skillset--its's the way she works. She listens closely, adjusts every session to what your body actually needs that day, and brings a presence to the table that makes the whole experience feel both therapeutic and deeply grounding.

She believes--and we do too--that true healing happens when skill and presence come together. If you've been dealing with chronic tension, pain that keeps coming back, or just feeling disconnected from your body, Nichole may be exactly who you've been waiting for.

She has availability starting this Tuesday, March 11th.

For Valentine's week, we're offering a small bonus on gift cards--perfect for a thoughtful gift or to treat yourself.

Now through February 14:
~Pay $100, receive $110 in massage credit

Examples:
- $110 covers a 60-min session ($105) with a little extra toward an add-on or future visit
- $225 can cover a 90-min session ($150) plus credit toward your next massage

Gift cards can be used toward any massage service and never expire.

A quick policy update (starting March 15th)
To keep our pricing fair and sustainable for both clients and therapists, we're simplifying how promotions work.

Moving forward, gift cards and packages will not be combined for additional discounts.

Grandfather period

From that link, you can:

~View remaining sessions in your package

~Book or reschedule appointments

~See upcoming appointments

Here is the information in regards to accessing your account/profile information:

Clients will not have an account where you actually log in.

You do have a client portal, but there is no logging in required.

You can find your personal portal by opening any booking confirmation email or text (past or future!) and selecting the "click here to reschedule" link towards the bottom, then selecting the back arrow in the top left.

If you access your client portal, you will be able to view your packages.

We’ve transitioned to a new scheduling and payment system called Mangomint to streamline booking, packages, and checkout for everyone.

Below is a quick overview of what’s changing and how it benefits you.

Online Booking & Login

Booking is now faster and easier.

How to log in:

1. Visit our booking link
2. Click Log in
3. Enter your email address
4. You’ll receive a one-time login code
5. Enter the code to access your account

(No passwords to remember.)

From your profile you can:

• Book or reschedule appointments

• View upcoming sessions

• See your packages and gift card balance

Package Update

We are no longer using numbered packages (Package #1, #2, etc).

Your package is now:

• Stored directly in your client profile

• Automatically tracked

• Deducted after each session

• Always visible so you know exactly how many remain

This removes the need for manual tracking and prevents errors.

Gift Cards

If you previously purchased gift cards through Square, they have been securely transferred to Mangomint.

This means:

• Your balance is saved in your profile

• It automatically applies at checkout

• No codes to track

• No extra steps

Simple and seamless.
