Cleansers play a huge factor in your skincare routine! Some may beg to differ but over, here at ANU we are trying to get your skin barrier to do what it is supposed to, protect that beautiful skin of yours. Your skin barrier is when your skin naturally produces the right amount of oil to keep your skin moisturized, to protect it from pollition, germs from your make up brushes, and everything else you’ll expose your body to. Now here’s your homework to figure out if your cleanser is right for your skin. Once you cleanse your face, how does your skin feel right afterwards? It’s perfectly normal to leave the spa looking “flushed” or in layman’s terms red. This will go away in about 30 mins. But let’s take a step back why does this happen? Basically with my professional grade products from I am giving your skin a thanksgiving feast of nutrients and hydration so your skin cells are excited, like goldfish getting fed.
