Good morning to all...I hope we all have a pain less and positive day.
Breakfast: 2 pieces of French toast w/ scrambled eggs and 1/4 sausage link
1 8oz cup of cocoa...a healthier version...one scoop of pure cocoa, 1 cup of steaming hot water, you don't need any sugar, make it sweet using 15 mini marshmallows... it's cold outside so it's right on time
