A few months ago, I was volunteering at a health fair. A sweet lady who worked at the breast cancer ministry table gently reminded me to get a mammogram. I had skipped a few in the past due to being too busy. Big mistake on my part! Never be too busy! However, I took her advice, scheduled it and went to have it done. All clear here, but I honor all the ladies and gentlemen who didn’t have an “all clear” on their mammogram. Our church recognized Breast Cancer Awareness Month today. Be aware. Be tested. If it’s your time to have a mammogram, go get it done.
