Texas Medical Fitness was started in 2004 to help others live their happiest, healthiest lives. It is our mission to help you live with health, youthfulness, confidence and joy! We are Certified Medical Exercise Specialists, Certified Cancer Exercise Specialists, and Certified Nutrition Specialists. We offer individual and group personal training, medical exercise programs, and virtual fitness classes.

We can help. We began 17 years ago to help others become their healthiest and strongest and to bring our community together in that pursuit. We are specially trained to help you exercise while dealing with health concerns or while in recovery. We work to be the bridge between medical treatments and fitness, so that you can live a life filled with health, youthfulness and joy!
